I had a wonderful time at Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal celebrating our wedding anniversary. The service was excellent, especially at the French and seafood restaurants, where the food was delicious. However, my experience was soured by a rude encounter at the buffet, which left me feeling disappointed. Overall, it's a great resort but with some service hiccups that need addressing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, and we truly enjoyed the variety of dining options available. The room was a bit dated, but we didn't mind since we spent most of our time exploring the resort. One downside was the scramble for sunbeds, which was a bit frustrating at times.
